What you need to watch out for - Symptoms of Diabetes
• Urinating often
• Feeling very thirsty
• Feeling very hungry—even though you are eating
• Extreme fatigue
• Blurry vision
• Cuts/bruises that are slow to heal
• Tingling, pain, or numbness in the hands/feet
Sometimes people with Type 2 diabetes may have no symptoms, or it can be so mild that you might not even notice them.

You’re at risk for developing type 2 diabetes if you:
Have prediabetes
Are overweight Are 45 years or older
Have an immediate family member with type 2 diabetes
If you have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
You can prevent or delay it with simple lifestyle changes, such as weight management, eating healthy and regular physical activity.
